It’s never too early to start thinking about the U.S. Naval Academy—or preparing to apply. Even if you don’t want to ultimately attend this school, there are a number of valuable USNA summer training programs to set you up for future success. And if your interest in USNA happens to spark along the way, you’re set up for the next step. Right now, we’re opening the USNA Summer Seminar and USNA Summer STEM Applications.
USNA Summer Seminar
Available to rising high school seniors, this program is the closest one can get to attending the Academy before being accepted. In fact, we strongly recommend attending this USNA summer training if you’re considering the Naval Academy, the number one public college in the United States. For one week, rising seniors have the opportunity to experience USNA, exploring how first-class academics, athletics, and professional training play equally important roles in developing our nation's future leaders. The USNA Summer Seminar application also serves as a preliminary application to the Academy, which will be completed before or during senior year.
The six-day USNA summer training immerses students in the Academy. They live in Bancroft Hall, participate in academic and leadership workshops, and experience a variety of other activities on the Yard.
