When it comes to science fiction, few names shine as brightly as Robert Heinlein’s. Known as the "Dean of Science Fiction Writers," Heinlein was a pioneering and prolific author whose emphasis on scientific accuracy transformed the genre and catapulted him to the head of the subgenre of “hard science fiction.” But before he became a literary legend, Heinlein was a proud graduate of the United States Naval Academy (USNA), where he developed the discipline and intellectual rigor that would later define his writing career.
