Additional Shipping Information

Requiring a Signature at Delivery

Most orders are shipped via FedEx. Please indicate in the comment box if you require FedEx to leave the package with a signature.

If you require a signature, it must be signed for by an adult at the time of delivery. After the third attempt, the package will be returned to Navyonline.com.

If you do not require a signature, FedEx will leave the package, which would relieve Navyonline.com from responsibility.

Shipping Charges for Exchanged Items

When exchanging for a different size, the re-shipping of the exchanged item will require re-billing of the appropriate shipping charges.

Shipping Times for Exchanged Items

Please allow approx. 4-10 business days for delivery of standard orders, 2-4 business days for expedited orders, and 1-2 business days for express orders. This does not include Saturday, Sunday or government holidays as working days.

Express orders must be placed before 12:00 pm EST in order to be shipped the same day.

Shipping to APO, FPO & PO Boxes:

APO, FPO, and PO Box orders will be shipped via SmartPost (FedEx picks up and takes to USPS for final delivery). Please allow 2-4 weeks for PO Box delivery, and 8-10 weeks for APO or FPO deliveries (dependent on location).

We do not bill to or ship to Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, or international addresses.
