Exchange & Refunds by Mail

You can exchange or return your online purchase back to our Mail Order department. With a receipt we will gladly credit your account, refund check or exchange for other merchandise within 45 days of purchase. Without receipt, we will only exchange for merchandise.

Customer must pay for return/exchange shipping fees by enclosing credit card information.
We do not refund for shipping fees.

Please allow three weeks for your exchanged item(s) to be shipped back to you, two billing cycles for a credit on your credit card statement, and three to four weeks for a refund check.
