Is Navyonline.com affiliated with the Midshipmen Store and/or the Visitor’s Center Gift Shop?Yes! All three retail locations are part of the Naval Academy Business Services Division (NABSD). When you shop with us you are supporting the Brigade of Midshipmen - 100% of proceeds go directly back to them.

Am I an authorized patron?Everyone is welcome to shop at Navyonline.com!

What is your return/exchange policy?You can exchange or return your online purchase back to Navyonline.com, the Naval Academy Gift Shop or the Midshipmen Store. With a receipt, we will gladly credit your account, refund check or exchange for other merchandise within 45 days of purchase. Without a receipt, we can exchange for merchandise. Customer must pay for return/exchange shipping fees by enclosing credit card information. We do not refund for shipping fees. For more details, visit our Return Policy page.

Do you ship internationally?
We do ship to APO and FPO addresses. For more details, visit our Shipping Charges page. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Can I place an order by phone?
Of course. If you’d like to place an order by phone, please call 410-293-8126, Monday-Friday, 0700-1500 (7:00 am to 3:00 pm).

Do you offer gift cards?
We do! Gift cards are available for purchase here and can be redeemed at Navyonline, the MidStore for eligible patrons, USNA Gift Shop, all 1845 Coffee locations.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

Can I order online and pick-up in the store?
Absolutely. During the checkout process while choosing your shipping method you can choose to pick up either at the Midshipmen Store or the Visitor’s Center Gift Shop. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up. If you are having someone else pick up your order, please put their name in the “Ship to” address.
